Hi Everyone, I’m Mariela the founder of Mimitu Bakes.
I bake, design & decorate bespoke cakes from the simplest cupcakes through bigger cakes for birthdays, anniversaries & christenings to larger wedding cakes.
I’m always open to try new ideas & models. I can either make you something from my long collection of work or design you a bespoke cake using picture’s and images that you like.
I love a challenge and learning new techniques so I’m always happy to make a special design for you.

Mariela baked my Mum’s beautiful 50th Birthday cake. Would recommend everything about Mimitu Bakes, very responsive to messages, extremely easy to work with and has an amazing talent. The cake not only looked gorgeous, it tasted amazing too… delivery couldn’t have been simpler either. this lady is amazing at what she does I had some amazing cakes for mothers day for my mum and mum in law plus an amazing afternoon tea for my dad on fathers day. I cannot recommend her enough she puts so much love into what she does and covers every detail. thank you x

I ordered some cupcakes for my friend who was qualifying as a solicitor and they were absolutely perfect (I sadly forgot to take a picture). She loved them and said they were delicious. Really friendly and accommodating service, will 100% be back! Thank you 😊

Cannot fault Mariela! She’s the best baker we’ve found! Absolutely made up with our daughters 5th birthday cake! Frozen 2 themed too! But wait! It’s rainbow! Everything we order is made with love, care and passion! You can tell she loves her job! Thank you so much you absolutely beautiful human! Xx

I ordered the luxury afternoon tea for an uncle and a cousin and they absolutely adored it!!

Had a cake made for my sons 1st birthday and it was even better than I imagined.
The whole thing was smooth from start to finish, from ordering it to picking it up and there was good communication.
The cake itself was exactly what I asked for with a few little extras and everyone commented on how gorgeous it looked and tasted. I will definitely be returning for more cakes! X
