Hi Everyone, I’m Mariela the founder of Mimitu Bakes.
I bake, design & decorate bespoke cakes from the simplest cupcakes through bigger cakes for birthdays, anniversaries & christenings to larger wedding cakes.
I’m always open to try new ideas & models. I can either make you something from my long collection of work or design you a bespoke cake using picture’s and images that you like.
I love a challenge and learning new techniques so I’m always happy to make a special design for you.

We’ve just finished an afternoon tea that was delivered this morning (well, almost finished because it is a lot of food 😜)

I had a birthday cake made for my mums 65th birthday this week, I sent over what I was looking for and the cake delivered was amazing! The attention to detail, the fresh flowers used and it was delivered to my door for convenience. It tasted amazing and would definitely recommend Mimitu bakes and will be using again in the future. Stunning cakes, quick delivery and fantastic customer service, reasonably priced and looked more like a work of art! Absolutely no compromise on taste, appearance, texture with being gluten free as well, nobody in my family even noticed. I dont think I will ever buy a supermarket gluten free cake again. looking forward to many more opportunities to try more cakes! Thank you!
