Hi Everyone, I’m Mariela the founder of Mimitu Bakes.
I bake, design & decorate bespoke cakes from the simplest cupcakes through bigger cakes for birthdays, anniversaries & christenings to larger wedding cakes.
I’m always open to try new ideas & models. I can either make you something from my long collection of work or design you a bespoke cake using picture’s and images that you like.
I love a challenge and learning new techniques so I’m always happy to make a special design for you.

My boyfriend got me two boxes of treats from Mimitu Bakes for my birthday this week and they were absolutely amazing! they looked amazing but more importantly tasted it too! I had vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, amazing little lemon loafs, biscoff blondies and kinder brownies! They were the best brownies/blondies I've tasted ever. the cupcakes were decorated absolutely beautifully too. amazing! 🥰🎂

Mariela baked my Mum’s beautiful 50th Birthday cake. Would recommend everything about Mimitu Bakes, very responsive to messages, extremely easy to work with and has an amazing talent. The cake not only looked gorgeous, it tasted amazing too… delivery couldn’t have been simpler either. The whole family loved it, though it could easily serve the street, I don’t think we’re willing to share! Thank you again Mariela, you were fabulous! Xxx

Had a lovely afternoon tea from here today. Really good value for money, lots of sandwiches and an amazing selection of delicious cakes/brownies/scones..all really fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!
